CAPRICE WINE
Caprice Red wine is produced from monstrell grapes which are fermented until the sugar
from the grapes has all been converted into alcohol. This fermentation process gives
the wine its dark attractive color. The white variant is produced with little colour and balanced acidity.
Caprice Wines come in sweet and dry variants (white and red).
Preference:
Red wine goes well with all types of red meat including game meat. Also served with cheese.
White wine goes best with all kinds of white meat.
White wines best served when chilled.
Red wines are best served at room temperature.
The brand is packed in 750 ml bottles and 1 litre tetra packs.
